Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Consultant to join our team at Sentinel Staffing Services. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing day-to-day office operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Handle all client enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office, including prioritizing tasks and ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
- Evaluate new queries received and re-evaluate existing queries to ensure efficient progress
- Develop and maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to manage tasks and maintain records
- Bonus points for experience with Sage
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven administrative or assistant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a pressured and stressful environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
