Job Description:

To drive sales growth and revenue expansion for Sourceworx, we seek a seasoned Business Development Manager who can develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate required.
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • ICT sales strategy understanding.
  • At least 3 to 5 years' experience in sales or account management, preferably in the ICT sector.
  • A proven record of accomplishment in closing volumes in ICT Sector Sales.
  • Experienced IT Sales Professional with a proven track record in selling Microsoft, Cloud, and IT Networks products and services.

Technical Skills:

  • Business Acumen - Applies commercial insight to deliver a prompt and appropriate response to business matters.
  • Sales Skills - Performs planned activities to boost the sales of products and services in line with sales targets.
  • Sales Management - Manages efforts put forth to attain and manage Sourceworx sales objectives.
