Client Engagement and Growth Strategist

The Customer Success Manager will be a key member of our team, responsible for driving customer success and retention across our MRM Product. This individual will build strong relationships with customers, develop tailored solutions to meet their needs, and identify opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and pain points.
- Solution Implementation and Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Customer Feedback and Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Renewals and Upsells: Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue through upsells or contract renewals.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn software applications quickly.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of driving customer outcomes.
