About the Role

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key clients, expanding existing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and maximizing cross-selling and upselling opportunities. The successful candidate will have a strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of major clients to prevent them from switching to competitors.
  2. Gain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  3. Consistently propose solutions that meet the objectives of existing customers, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  4. Identify and leverage opportunities to cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations to promote cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  6. Ensure timely delivery of suitable products and services to customers.
  7. Serve as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
  8. Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain trust.
  9. Contribute to generating new sales and long-term relationships through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  10. Proactively identify and pursue upselling opportunities by understanding client objectives, challenges, and market trends.
  11. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to stakeholders using key account metrics.
  12. Manage clients according to allocated account size.
