Technical Support Specialist for Mandarin-speaking Clients

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at The Legends Agency. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Mandarin-speaking clients, providing timely and effective support to resolve their technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming service requests and incidents from Mandarin-speaking users with a focus on clear communication and empathy.
- Categorize and prioritize issues in our service management system, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate escalation to specialized teams.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing immediate assistance and resolution to common technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving complex problems efficiently.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in accordance with company policies, maintaining accurate records of user issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role, with a proven track record of managing service requests and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently, with a strong focus on problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Compensation:
R30k per month, making this an attractive opportunity for those seeking a challenging and rewarding role in technical support.
