We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Claims Management Specialist to join our team at ATripleA Recruitment and Temps.
As a Senior Claims Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of claims, including administering claims and opening files, managing repudiations, and ensuring fair and diplomatic communication with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for directing claims input on systems and ensuring that appropriate controls are in place for valid claims settlement.
This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work effectively in a competitive environment and thrive under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and an A-grade average in Matric, particularly in mathematics. They will also have good people skills and be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
