The successful Revenue Clerk will be responsible for:
- Receiving instructions via sales orders, memos, and e-mails to load and raise revenue timeously for all new and existing contracts.
- Generating, printing, and distributing posting sheets for the branches.
- Ensuring accurate monthly invoicing and credits.
- Resolving queries returned on completed posting sheets.
- Providing support to the Revenue Supervisor as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum Matric Certificate and/or relevant post-Matric qualifications, with sound knowledge on full-function debtors, credits, and reconciliation being an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel, accuracy, and high methodical working methods are essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, diplomacy, tact, and ability to interact effectively are necessary attributes.
