Job Title: Commercial Card Sales and Business Growth

At PayTech Nexus Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Card Sales and Business Growth specialist. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and sales for our commercial card products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue for our commercial card products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institution partners and clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large market and B2B deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and business growth.
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of relevant sales and business development experience in commercial cards.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial and corporate cards business, including different industries and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Results-driven and high level of energy and initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
KPIs:
  • GDV (Gross Dollar Value)
  • Pipeline size and conversion of pipeline deals
  • Deal activation rates
  • Other strategic and tactical KPIs as may be added from time to time
