Job Summary

Vox Telecommunications is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the generation of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis and create a comprehensive understanding of the Everlytic software and its positioning in the market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead allocation.
  • Maintain a sound knowledge of Vox Telecommunications' products, commercials, policies, and procedures to identify and progress new business opportunities.
  • Update the sales pipeline on CRM and commit to regular 1-on-1 meetings with the direct manager.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships at multiple levels within prospects.
  • Facilitate the setup process for new business and manage the client relationship until handover to a designated Account Manager.
  • Provide feedback to management on market requirements and conditions relating to Vox Telecommunications' offering and positioning.

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 2-year work experience in the digital marketing and IT software environment, focusing on sales, marketing, or account management.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and IT software industry.
