About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team at LexisNexis Legal & Professional. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth from existing firms within a defined customer group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership and Development: Coach and up-skill team members to achieve common goals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Financial Performance: Adhere to planning, documentation, reporting, and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve targeted revenue growth for products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Identify key account issues, needs, and demonstrate the business value of LN products to ensure customer experience meets agreed targets.
  • Relationship Building: Build solid relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to result in revenue protection and growth.
Requirements
  • Product Knowledge: Have excellent product (print/online), domain, and market knowledge, with experience of adopting new products.
  • Leadership and Influence: Be able to become a role model, with positive influence within the team and wider business.
  • Performance and Communication: Be a solid consistent performer, demonstrated through consistently meeting or exceeding expectations, with excellent communication skills, time management, and planning.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate the ability to spot commercial opportunities, with a successful customer services and sales support background.
  • B2B Sales Experience: Have experience working within a B2B sales environment, retaining and growing customers.
