About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the implementation of training and development programmes across the organisation;
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions;
  • Developing and delivering training content to meet business objectives;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements;
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Psychology;
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR generalist role, as well as experience in training and development;
  • Professional registration as a psychometrist and/or industrial psychologist;
  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality training programmes that meet business objectives.
