  • Onboarding new properties and simplifying complex information for our diverse customer base.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or account management.
  • Ability to communicate technical information in simple terms.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness in solving complex problems.
  • Familiarity with the vacation rental industry.
  • Confidence in decision-making and case ownership.
