Sales Development Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to drive business growth in the Durban market. Key responsibilities include business development, sales, and market analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide market insights and feedback to the sales team
Requirements:
- Proven track record in commercial sales, preferably in the building materials or tile industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
