Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues, using problem-solving techniques to find effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information as needed.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications).
- Minimum 6 months of call center experience or related experience in financial institution customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of the US market and its requirements.
