Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team at Global Connect Recruitment. As a Sales and Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Selling life insurance products telephonically to customers and achieving sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal processes
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Grade 12 qualification and 2 years' experience in a sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and one other South African official language
  • A clear criminal and credit record
  • Commitment to the FAIS Act and meeting Fit & Proper qualification requirements
