Key Responsibilities

  • Client Services
    • Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
    • Ensure seamless communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Claims Administration
    • Process and manage claims in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claims-related issues.
  • Client Advisory
    • Offer expert advice to clients on cancellation procedures.
    • Provide guidance on documentation and filing requirements.
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage office administration tasks, including documentation and filing.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
    • 1 year of experience in client services.
    • 1 year of experience in Category A, B, C, and retail benefits (Advantage).
  • Education and Certification
    • Matric qualification.
    • Recognized qualification as per the FSB.
    • Registration as an Employee Representative (FSB).
