We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Sales Strategist to join our team at The Unlimited.
Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition through strategic sales channels while ensuring the growth and sustained profitability of these channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Lead a large team (200-500 people) and manage, develop, and retain talent within the telesales team.
- Recruit, train, and performance-manage high-performing sales teams.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 3-year degree in Business or Sales & Marketing.
- Exceptional skills in sales strategy development, team management, and talent retention.
