Strategic Partnership Specialist

The Client Service Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in servicing and supporting key investment intermediaries by building and preserving trusted partnerships. This involves serving as the primary advocate for all interactions between FNZ and the investment intermediaries.
To be successful, the candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, strategic thinking, and analytical problem-solving abilities. The ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and maintain the core values of the organization is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Becoming a reliable point of contact for relationships and establishing strong business relationships.
- Developing open and effective channels of communication with each relationship.
- Coordinating internal stakeholders and utilizing resources effectively to increase customer satisfaction.
- Contacting key relationships via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure timely responses to inquiries and high levels of satisfaction.
- Communicating with relationships to understand their requirements and making necessary adjustments to meet client needs.
- Expanding the customer base through upselling and cross-selling based on an understanding of client needs.
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key clients.
- Validating and reviewing daily activity while maintaining required controls.
- Handling complex issues and escalating when necessary with a sense of urgency.
