Become a Customer Experience Evaluator

**Job Summary**

In On Africa (IOA) is a research consulting and business intelligence firm seeking individuals to provide short-term consultancy services as Mystery Shoppers. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for evaluating customer experiences and providing valuable feedback to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Evaluate customer experiences and provide accurate and objective feedback
* Conduct telephonic mystery shops and assess customer interactions
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Be reliable and punctual, adhering to deadlines
* Provide detailed reports on customer experiences

**Requirements**

* Must be a female, 37 or 38 years old
* Must be married
* Must be a South African citizen
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Must have uninterrupted insurance coverage for the past 5 years
