About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Centre Manager to join our team at Empire Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our call centre and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Call Centre Representatives to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Develop and implement effective performance metrics and evaluation processes to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer issues and concerns
  • Manage call centre operations, including scheduling, training, and quality assurance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service and call centre management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, higher degree in a relevant field preferred
