Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Spanish speaker to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. As a representative of our client, a prestigious airline brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers in Spanish and English languages.
Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in Spanish and English languages.
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Spanish, including some written correspondence.
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments.
- Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.
- Work in a demanding and time-sensitive call center environment.
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in Spanish language: Verbal & Written.
- Located in South Africa.
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
- Fully paid product and systems training provided.
- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid).
- Probation period: 4 months.
