The Consumer & Market Insights Function (CMI) is Unilever's insights & growth engine, fueling the business with data, analytics & insights that help us build & execute our brands with excellence. As a CMI Growth Partner, you'll lead the function regionally within your respective Business Group (BG), identifying growth opportunities and driving them into the business.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, fostering relationships and effectively influencing decisions. Your main responsibilities will include leading strategic research, advising and challenging the business on innovation strategy creation and execution, and delivering mix development research.

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can create partnerships with local teams, drive operational excellence, and leverage performance data and insights to strengthen strategic retailer partnerships.

This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in CMI, CD, or Brand roles, with a strong background in marketing, social sciences, or business. You'll need to have a bachelor's degree in one of these fields and be adept at data synthesis and storytelling.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to be a master storyteller and influencer, using data & insights to solve some of the business's biggest problems.
