Sales Consultant

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
As a Sales Consultant with Fidelity Services Group, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by sourcing and selling electronic security solutions to valued customers. You will be responsible for:
- Generating new business leads through proactive sales approaches and relationship building with key stakeholders such as estate agents, builders, and architects.
- Closing deals and exceeding monthly sales targets by leveraging self-sourced leads and internal referrals.
- Maintaining administrative duties related to sales, including daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to track progress and ensure targets are met.
We offer a competitive salary of R350,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including performance bonuses, medical aid, and retirement savings.
About the Role:
- Drive sales of innovative alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and more to meet the evolving needs of our clientele.
- SOURCE AND SELL ARMED MONITORING AND RESPONSE AGREEMENTS.
- Achieve revenue sales targets and drive acquisition of new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in capital goods sales, showcasing your ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX or other alarm systems is advantageous, demonstrating your technical acumen.
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
