Job Title: Claims Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our team at E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process claims from initial receipt to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to gather information and resolve claims.
  • Review and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the claims team to ensure seamless claim processing and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims, including documentation and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in claims administration or a related field.
  • Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with claims software and systems.
  • Product-specific training in insurance claims.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
