Sales and Revenue Growth Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. As an Internal External Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing sales activities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support and Coordination: Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations. Monitor sales progress, provide updates, and handle customer inquiries.
- Order Processing and Management: Process customer orders accurately, coordinate with logistics and production, and manage inventory levels to meet demand.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer records, grow key client relationships, and address concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and identify trends for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (3-5 years) with a strong presence and a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS software and sales tools (Salesforce, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
