Chief Revenue Growth Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the logistics and freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales strategies, recruiting and managing high-performing sales teams, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and execute a sales strategy that optimises revenue growth and expands market share within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to reach their full potential.
- Co-create a short to long-term plan to secure new business opportunities of substance.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the national sales team to penetrate the market using the company's existing product offering.
- Provide the business with information on new trends, applications, advents, threats, and opportunities that serve as enablers in the development of the company's products and services.
- Create a high-performance culture of winning and make the company the most dynamic sales force in the industry.
Qualification:
A higher tertiary education, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
