Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring OEM adherence, and overseeing the warranty claim store. Key duties include:

  • Coordinating with the technical team and customers to resolve cost-effective repairs in line with OEM requirements;
  • Loading and submitting warranty claims on the system while adhering to standard operating procedures;
  • Managing the warranty claim store for accurate tracking and organization;
  • Conducting regular audits to maintain compliance and accuracy;
  • Disposing of warranty parts in accordance with procedures;
  • Following up on outstanding claims and payments for timely resolution.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Matric certificate (Grade 12);
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the automotive service industry;
  • Prior experience in a technical role, service advisor role, or as a Warranty Clerk;
  • Basic technical understanding and background;
  • Direct experience as a Warranty or Costing Clerk is highly advantageous;
  • Relevant OEM interactional experience is highly desired;
  • A valid, unendorsed driver's license with competent driving skills;
  • Proficiency in computer applications;
  • Knowledge of dealership policies, procedures, and competitive motor industry standards;
  • Familiarity with relevant operating systems is advantageous;
  • Residency within the Gauteng Northern Suburbs or nearby area.
Estimated Salary

R450,000 - R550,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
