Administrative Clerk Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Clerk Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks, maintaining filing systems, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data-entry, record-keeping, and filing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts
- Prepare and send out invoices, statements, and reminders to customers
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Proven experience as an Admin/Debtors Clerk or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
- Strong organisational- and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Estimate: R 250,000 - R 350,000 per annum based on location and experience.
