Job Title: Internal Sales Business Development Representative

At Scholtz Partners International, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Internal Sales Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and ambitious individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact new business leads and work them through the sales process to secure new business opportunities
- Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and issues
- Capture and manage orders for clients efficiently and effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)
- Previous selling experience with a proven track record of success
- Previous experience in the FMCG industry (minimum 2 years in the food industry)
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly pressurized environment
