Sales Development Professional

La Granson International is seeking a talented Sales Development Professional to join our team. As an entry-level sales executive, you will play a critical role in driving the sales process, building customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for leading generation, client communication, sales presentations, sales support, follow-ups, and market research.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients or customers through research, networking, and cold outreach (phone calls, emails, etc.).
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and promote sales.
- Sales Presentations: Present products or services to potential clients, either in-person, virtually, or through other channels.
- Sales Support: Assist senior sales staff with administrative tasks, data entry, and tracking sales activities.
- Follow-ups: Engage with leads and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and push for repeat business or new sales opportunities.
- Market Research: Understand the competitive landscape and gather insights into customer preferences and industry trends.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
- Customer Service: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and creativity in finding solutions for customers' challenges.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage priorities, and stay organized.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other tools used in the sales process.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with senior sales executives and other team members to achieve common goals.
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development. As a Sales Development Professional, you can advance to higher positions such as Sales Representative, Account Executive, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or Sales Director.
