Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Executive Technology with administrative and IT duties.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.

- Experience and ability to operate the WorkPool system is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
