About the Role:

  • Dealership Policies and Procedures: You will be expected to have a thorough understanding of our dealership's policies and procedures, including knowledge of manufacturer warranties and dealership services.
  • Vehicle History Investigation: You will investigate the vehicle history of each customer to ensure that they are aware of any potential issues.
  • Problem Solving Skills: You will be required to possess strong problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise during the service process.
  • Team Player: You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You will be expected to possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong Administrative Skills: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and administrative tasks.

Requirements:
