This role demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As an ideal candidate, you will have fluency in Mandarin, a Matric qualification or higher, and experience working with Access Dimensions and Freshdesk.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciliations, and settlements while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to cash flow management by updating the Lounge Tracker and processing invoices promptly.

We offer a competitive salary of R180 000 - R200 000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a part-time or full-time position, with the option to work remotely from South Africa. Training and onboarding will take place in office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lounge Invoice Processing: capturing daily correspondence, processing invoices, validating against visit reports, and resolving queries.
  • Supplier Reconciliation: assisting with timely reconciliation of lounge accounts.
  • Supplier Settlement: preparing payment files and ensuring suppliers receive remittance advice.
  • Cash Flow Management: updating the Lounge Tracker and processing invoices promptly.
  • Ageing: providing necessary inputs and comments on ageing invoices.
  • Accruals: offering insights and comments on unprocessed invoices as part of the accruals process.
