Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Multilingual Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Exclusively Remote finance team. This role is responsible for processing accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, verify, and process invoices and purchase orders in QuickBooks.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and schedule payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers, while ensuring timely processing.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor files and records within QuickBooks.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries regarding accounts payable.
  • Assist with month-end closing tasks and accounts payable reports.
  • Support the accounts payable team with other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (an Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus).
  • 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role, with knowledge of QuickBooks preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We are an Exclusively Remote company and offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
