We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Capital Recruit. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional support to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the front office, and ensuring a positive experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner, making a great first impression for our organization.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and efficiently.
- Provide general information about our organization, showcasing our values and mission.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring seamless coordination with our clients.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Filing and maintaining records, ensuring easy access to essential information.
- Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment, keeping our workspace efficient.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming, reflecting positively on our organization.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, exceeding expectations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive reputation.
- High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education.
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role, showcasing relevant skills and knowledge.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, conveying ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), utilizing software efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively.
- Professional and courteous demeanor, maintaining a positive attitude.
We offer a competitive salary range of R8,000 - R10,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
