Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to the agency, aligning with the company's mission and values.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of agency growth strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

As an Account Director at InvisionHR, you will oversee and manage key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. You will also build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, providing strategic counsel to clients that aligns with their business objectives.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in account management within a reputable, large agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
