Key Account Business Development Manager

Prostaff Holdings seeks a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our chemical raw materials into manufacturing industries across South Africa. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to take on new challenges, drive business growth, and establish strong relationships with key customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing New Business: Identify and pursue new opportunities in various manufacturing industries to introduce our range of chemical raw materials.
- Sales Initiatives and Strategies: Develop and implement targeted sales plans to secure new business partnerships and expand existing ones.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Regularly review market trends, identify growth opportunities, and align key account strategies to capitalize on emerging markets.
Additionally, this role requires:
- Tech Support and Solutions: Provide technical assistance to customers to build trust, confidence, and long-term relationships.
- Customer Retention: Proactively address customer complaints, analyze root causes, and offer effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
