  • Market Analysis and Insights: Regularly review market trends, identify growth opportunities, and align key account strategies to capitalize on emerging markets.

Additionally, this role requires:

  • Tech Support and Solutions: Provide technical assistance to customers to build trust, confidence, and long-term relationships.
  • Customer Retention: Proactively address customer complaints, analyze root causes, and offer effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
