**The Recruitment Council is seeking a skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team in Pretoria.**

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate diploma in financial planning or a BCom qualification, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent planning and organizational abilities, and effective prioritization and time management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting Wealth Advisers by addressing client queries via telephone and written correspondence.

They will also manage incoming calls efficiently, ensuring timely responses to all client inquiries.

In addition, they will collaborate closely with Wealth Advisers to provide ongoing feedback to clients, prepare and implement investment proposals, and process new business applications.

Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, preparing cash flow analyses and retirement planning calculations, handling script transfers and loads fees on the IRESS system, and ensuring all electronic documents are uploaded onto the internal system.

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this position is R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Requirements:

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning or BCom qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry
  • RE5 qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
