We are seeking a highly skilled Financial & Procurement Coordinator to support our finance and procurement teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable by reconciling transactions, verifying invoices, and preparing payment schedules.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
  • Prepare and process payments, including bank transfers, credit card payments, and wire transfers.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts by gathering data, analyzing trends, and providing insights.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and a passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance or procurement roles.
  • Experience working in sustainable building design and construction is an asset.
  • Knowledge of procurement practices and regulations is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and procurement software is beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
