Job Title: General Manager Customer Success

Armstrong Appointments is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our customer success operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer support, client success, onboarding, and project management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of customer support and client success professionals to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and develop solutions.
  • Manage onboarding and training processes to ensure seamless customer adoption.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, or general management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in onboarding and training for complex software solutions.
