We are seeking a skilled Global Business Development Manager to drive client success and account growth in emerging markets. This is a globally focused role, aimed at expanding client bases across diverse regions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary client contact post-sale, aligning solutions with clients' evolving needs and ensuring a high-touch customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for client expansion and advise on the optimal use of features, tailoring strategies to enhance client experience within the telecom and banking sectors.
  • Oversee onboarding and ensure smooth integration of solutions, liaising with technical teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
  • Stay informed on market trends to position the clients product and company as an innovative partner, sharing best practices with clients based on industry developments.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to inform product enhancements, tracking account metrics to identify opportunities for renewals or expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-value clients, driving engagement, and delivering results. They should possess excellent written and spoken communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Additionally, they should have at least 5 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in fintech, telecom, or banking.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
