The ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse with an exceptional ability to translate ideas into visually stunning designs.

They will possess excellent leadership skills, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work closely with global teams to ensure marketing strategies align with both regional and global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective marketing strategies for the Global market, ensuring alignment with the global brand and local market trends.
  • Campaign Design and Execution: Oversee the creation of marketing materials (digital, print, video, etc.) with a focus on high-quality, visually engaging content. Work closely with internal creative teams to ensure design consistency and brand integrity.
  • Graphic Design Expertise: Take the lead in producing top-tier graphics, layouts, and visual concepts for a variety of marketing channels, including social media, email, advertising, and events. Maintain a high level of design standards and attention to detail.
  • Content Development and Brand Messaging: Ensure that all marketing content and materials are on-brand, tailored to Global market, and effectively communicate key messaging that drives engagement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with global marketing, sales, and product teams to adapt campaigns to meet regional needs, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are cohesive and impactful.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and design elements to optimize performance. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on campaign progress and outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a strong focus on quality control in all aspects of marketing production, ensuring that materials are error-free, well-designed, and meet the highest standards of excellence.
