Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and statutory requirements.
- Manage timesheets, calculate overtime and leave payments, and process statutory deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding payroll-related queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the Human Capital department on wage and HR-related matters.
- Proactively identify and resolve payroll-related issues.
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in payroll processing, preferably in a large organization.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and Time & Attendance systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. The role may require overtime as per operational requirements.
