Auction Coordinator Job Description

Our client, Unframed People Services (pty) LTD, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Auction Coordinator to support all operations in their Cape Town office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Legal Administration: Ensure timely and accurate uploading of legal documents for properties, contract execution on Auction Day, and auction administration.
  • Finance Management: Monitor client accounts, assist with payment allocation, and liaise with bidders and sales teams to ensure timely payment.
  • Debtors Management: Minimize debtors and ensure timely payment by liaising with attorneys and private individuals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-year administrative experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • General knowledge of property search platforms (not required)
