About the Role

We are seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to join our team at Tower Group. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing rental agreements, and ensuring the security and quality control of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Rental Agreement Management: Manage all aspects of rental agreements, including capturing fuel levels, mileage, and damages, and conducting vehicle inspections.
  • Security and Quality Control: Ensure the security and quality control of vehicles and other company property, identifying and reporting any issues that may impact our quality standards.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform a range of administrative tasks, such as scanning, partial billing, fleet movement control, claims reports, rental deposits, and handling customers' lost property recoveries.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a front office or customer service role.
  • Qualifications: NQF level 4 qualification (Matric or equivalent).
  • Driver's License: Valid Code 8 driver's license with at least 1 year's driving experience.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computers and relevant software applications.
Estimated Salary

R260,000 - R310,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
