Business Development Strategist: Client Growth

About the RoleThe Business Development Coordinator: Clients plays a key role in supporting business growth by driving client development, managing client relationships, and coordinating business development initiatives.
This position requires at least 4 years' experience in business development or a related field within a corporate, legal, or professional services environment. The successful candidate will have completed a degree/diploma in a relevant field and possess excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with lawyers and other stakeholders to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to address them.
Main Responsibilities
- Support assigned client teams in developing and executing client plans, including researching client strategies, challenges, and industry trends
- Assist in creating client plans, including setting goals, objectives, and KPIs
- Monitor and evaluate client plan progress, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with client teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client relationships, including key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders
