Office Assistant Job Description

This is an ideal opportunity for a professional and well-presented individual who enjoys organizing and managing the flow of the company to run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration
  • Arrange meetings, boardroom, and manage MD diary
  • Assist walk-in guests/clients
  • Arrange office supplies, orders, and general stock ordering when needed
  • Manage all stock levels and record
  • Organize administration, filing, and record keeping
  • General assistant duties

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in the city centre
  • Matric qualification would be an advantage
  • Computer literate with strong Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Friendly and welcoming personality
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Organizer of note

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a variety of people and being the go-to person in the office. The role is from Monday to Friday only and is office-based in Cape Town.
