Job Overview

Bridge Personnel Concepts is seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Sales Consultant to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the contractor sector.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in flooring sales, with a strong background in construction chemicals. A technical degree or similar qualification is highly desirable.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team and make a significant impact on our business. As a Senior Technical Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, nurturing customer relationships, and maximizing market advantages.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing trade spend and ensuring effective internal and external communication of company value propositions
  • Offering product expertise and demonstrating the value of TMC products to customers
  • Fostering lasting relationships with contractors and other industry stakeholders
  • Meeting key performance indicators and sustaining target closure rates
  • Continuously identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities
  • Complying with company reporting standards and ethical codes

What We Offer

In exchange for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in flooring sales, with a focus on construction chemicals

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • A technical degree or similar qualification is highly desirable
