Job Title: Operations and Events Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations and Events Coordinator to join our team at Emporium Human Capital. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing day-to-day operations and overseeing the planning and execution of marketing and company events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations:
    • Manage office operations, including facilities maintenance and inventory management.
    • Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies and events.
    • Analyze and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Assist with budget preparation and monitor spending for operations and events.
    • Maintain compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Events:
    • Plan and execute marketing and company events, ensuring smooth logistics.
    • Coordinate with vendors and manage event logistics.
    • Prepare feedback and reports for continuous improvement of future events.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, event coordination, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and vendors.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning tools.
