Job DescriptionThis position involves providing first-class customer service by speaking directly with clients via an inbound line and responding to general contract and transactional inquiries. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Resolving customer issues using the in-house operating system
- Maintaining accurate call logs and reports
- Escalating irate members to senior agents or team leaders when necessary
The ideal candidate will have 6 to 12+ months of experience in inbound customer service, be bi-lingual or multilingual, and possess excellent communication skills.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification
- Experience in inbound customer service (6-12+ months)
- Bi-lingual or multilingual proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Please note that this is a project-based fixed-term contract with no benefits.
OthersThe successful candidate must have a clear criminal record, be available to start immediately, and commit to working 8 am to 5 pm Mon-Fri and every second Saturday 8 am to 12 pm.
